Type in the total payment amount
Add a note including your name and the name and breed of the dog(s) the appointments are for.
Copy that note and paste it, along with the transaction ID in an email to [email protected] (Christa Thompson) within 24 hours of making the appointment.

It’s that time of year again! We’re looking forward to our annual OFA Clinic in conjunction with the Chintimini Kennel Club All-Breed Show! We’re also happy to announce that this year we’re adding OFA Cardiac Auscultations and Echocardiograms, with Dr Gabrielle Maxwell, DVM, MS, DACVIM!

Need heart testing on your dog? Plan to join us for Echos or Auscultation on Sat April 4th in Albany. Pre payment is needed on Echos. We have to get at least 15 in order for the Dr to do them. Have questions? please message Christa Droden Thompson
