Special Oktoberfest items made with Austin Street Brewery beers:
🌭Bratwurst - house made, smoked, served with choice of house made whole grain beer mustard and caramelized onions
🧀Beer cheese mac and cheese - yup
It was so much fun last year. Really looking forward to it!

We have a rad menu planned for this one including some brat-zillas…..
TX-style bratwurst - 60/40 pork/beef, traditional German spices, sharp cheddar cheese, cold smoked over red oak and hickory. Served with house made sauerkraut & mustard bbq sauce on a warm bun.

Thanks to everyone who has come out to support us so far this year! It’s been quite a ride and such a pleasure meeting new people, partnering with some amazing breweries, and hearing all the great feedback from everyone. We are truly humbled and honored by the kind words💙 We’ll keep on slingin this ‘que all through the fall (with a few new popups- announcements coming soon) and look forward to pushing some boundaries and having some fun with a few new items;)
