Join us at the Alberta Abbey Ballroom ๐ง๐ฝ (126 NE Alberta St, Portland, OR 97211) with for a Gentle Restorative flow with a breath to movement focus. A trauma informed class designed for one to align with their truest self. Weโll ease in and out of a series of sitting and standing poses as well as breath work with intent to open, center and balance oneโs heart space. Live sounds from Tibetan bowls will be played during the final resting pose, Savasana.
