For the next 65 Days I will be challenging myself to stick to my goals and see how time based goals affect my motivation and drive. I am excited to start a new challenge/goal!

NEW PR!!!! 275lbs! I’m very proud of myself. Deadlifts are the last thing I’ve really learned in my weightlifting journey. I don’t train for weight often I just felt like seeing where I was at today. This goes to show how even weightlifting and getting stronger over all can help you lift heavier even if your not “training” that specific area. Don’t get me wrong! I’m still super scared of the bar and look at the weight a bunch before I touch it. I think, it’s still just a bar…. Then go for it. If I fail I fail forward. 👏👏👏 Have a great Monday Everyone!!!

IM BACk!!! Heading into a new season post injury post 5K!!! If you want to learn more about my training and experiences running check out my YouTube link in Bio… but now Im dedicated to building my strength back and continuing to grow my mobility/flexibility. Summer is also right around the corner and I am looking forward to participating in some exciting events that I need to prep for! Stay tuned!!!🥵💅📈✨🫶

Hello Everyone!✨
For those that have been along this healthy journey with me her have always been ups and downs!
I’m so proud of myself and have to remind myself often about just how far I’ve come mentally, emotionally and I’ve also lost over 70lbs!
I now am facing a new roadblock. I have recently torn my left meniscus and have been told by the Dr. that I need to slow down and allow my knee to heal or potentially face surgery. This means no more heavy lifting for my lower body at the moment or any compact movements (no squats, deadlifts, thrusts etc.) 😔🥺😣😖😭😩🙄
To be honest I am very bummed out about this, mad at myself and scared that this could seriously impact my weight loss and life ahead. I am going to physical therapy and have taken up swimming.
I share all this because I have always been transparent about my journey and the things I do/ don’t do.
This will be a slow recovery and I appreciate everyone’s support and encouragement during this process.

I will also be posting more of my meals on here as well as on my embodyyou Tik Tok!
As always I hope this can become a positive experience as I begin to test myself in different ways☀️🏊♀️💛
I was on a work trip, was half asleep and decided to take this little gem✨ I have been learning more and more to appreciate my body it’s capabilities and how it feels. I have switched up my vegan lifestyle that I’ve been living for the past 8 months to reintroduce some foods and I’ve been switching up my workout. My body has gone through so many trials, tribulations, traumas and transformations. I’m still aiming for my 100lbs goal!!! I just am learning to use patience and practice! I MUST believe in the process and that my hard work pays off. This is a cute lil vid of me and recent progress but knowing that I have more work to do! Cheers to summer being right around the corner so we can all enjoy some fun activities in the ☀️
