Step by step work in progress from one of our recent ADU projects. This started off as a tiny 2 car garage which we demoed and converted into a 2 story ADU. Foundation work was needed for this project as well.

Here’s what the process looks like…
-Survey the area to determine which areas have been affected.
-Isolate the area by creating a seal once we we determine the affected area.
-Demo affected area
-Begin drying process
-more surveying
-Start repairs
-Finishing touches and improvements per client’s instructions.
