Winter is in my mind... all of the colors and light that it brings. And for me contemplation time. I do enjoy hibernating! There is nothing like the quiet and light of a new snow fall. Particularly early in the morning before the dang snow blowers and plows come out!

Stuck in my head a little, and I probably need to start working in watercolor again. I appreciate getting inspired by my friends who have musical talent. The two blue geometrical looking peices from a couple of weeks back and I did four 12 x 12 canvas boards this week. They are not done yet. But as I said... in my head.

A couple of frozen lake imaginings. I have a few more in the works, too. The lakes have so many languages and personalities. And the sounds of ice shards crunching is pretty strange. These are small sketches that the cat tried to sit on a few times.
