Poured the floor for a new house being built at Lakeside Marblehead! Thank you to everyone that helped! We will be back in a few months to do the patios, sidewalks, steps, and the new driveway!

We got the second half of the driveway done today! After we help with another contractor tomorrow pour a barn floor I will cut this half! We will pull forms and be completely done Monday!

Tore out this driveway on Catawba Island, driveway was anywhere from 7.5 inches to 12 inches thick. All forms are set and it’s graded for a new 5 inch thick new concrete driveway. We will install wire mesh Tuesday and pour half Wednesday and the remainder Thursday!

Even though it’s rained almost every day this month we still got the footers dug Monday, all the rebar tied yesterday, and the footer inspection and poured today. This is going to be a beautiful 3 story home in Lakeside Marblehead. We still have the first floor to pour, a back stamped patio, a stamped front sidewalk and possibly a new driveway after the house is completed! Bring on the sun any day!
