I enjoy playing computer games, which is where the name "Selaphyna" came from. It has been my nickname for roughly 12 years now. I enjoy reading - young adult, science fiction, and fantasy. I also enjoy science

fiction/fantasy movies and shows. I also enjoy drawing and doing arts & crafts. Over the past few years, since my youngest was born, my outfits slowly shifted to wearing leggings, and t-shirts, and I'm lucky if my hair looks halfway decent - if not, it's thrown in a "mom-bun." I also have become to love graphic tees. It has become a great way to express myself, or share my love of something - like coffee. So when I came across Unfiltered Gear in September 2020, and saw their sarcastic and adult humor graphic tees, I decided to take a leap of faith and join in on this new, exciting, adventure.

We are looking forward to you joining us! I'm Jeana, but I'm also called Selaphyna. I'm a mom - 2 boys, ages 19 & 7 - a coffeeholic, and geek at heart. I recently partnered with Style Life in August of 2021 so I can help women combat the everyday struggle of finding balance, overwhelm, and anxieties by bringing kindness, joy and humor to help brighten their day! You may or may not know me in real life; even if you do, you may not know that I struggle with depression and anxiety. I'm in my late 30's now, and I've dealt with it since my early teens. It wasn't until after my oldest was born, around 18 years ago, that I was finally diagnosed - even if at that time it was only Postpartum Depression. Over the past few years, since my youngest was born, I became a stay-at-home mom. The struggles of each day, where it seems like you are just talking to the kids and maybe your significant other, and it can take a toll on you. You need adult interaction, and a trip to the store, with or without the kiddos, can feel like a vacation. My goal and my mission are to help you, yes, you mama, find joy and balance in your life. Expect to see lots of journaling tips and tricks, but mostly, a lot of positivity and love!
