One of the things that makes NCW- Nextgen Championship Wrestling special is how much the wrestlers genuinely connect with the fans.

Long before the first bell rang in Townsend, several wrestlers were already out in the crowd meeting people, posing for photos, signing autographs, and sharing a few laughs. Mani Ariez was among those making the rounds, taking time to chat with fans of all ages and making sure everyone felt welcome. One fan came prepared with a handheld fan to help keep Mani cool before the action got underway.

It's those little moments between the wrestlers and the fans that help make every NCW show feel like more than just a wrestling event. ❤️

Townsend was ready for NCW- Nextgen Championship Wrestling!

Fans began lining up nearly an hour before bell time, eager to get through the doors and claim the best seats in the house. As the gym filled, familiar faces mixed with first-time attendees, all buzzing with anticipation for the night ahead.

From longtime NCW faithful to brand-new fans experiencing the action for the first time, the crowd brought incredible energy from the moment the doors opened.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out today to have their portrait images taken! I was set up at Next Gen Pro Wrestling Center and had the opportunity to photograph both familiar faces I've worked with before and plenty of new ones as well.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by and be part of the session. It was great meeting and reconnecting with so many of you. I truly appreciate every single person who trusted me to capture their portraits. It was an awesome day, and I can't wait to start sharing the results.

At the very last moment, Mani Ariez dove back into the ring, beating the referee's ten count. Brother Abel had already begun celebrating and when he realized the bell hadn't rung- he stormed over to the referee demanding an explanation. Furious, Abel dragged his opponent to his feet and unloaded on him, but the argument had given Mani precious seconds to recover.

It proved to be a costly mistake. Mani exploded back into the fight with a crushing kick that dropped Abel to the mat. Then, with the crowd roaring behind him, he climbed to the top rope and delivered his signature splash. He went for the pin and Mani Ariez had earned the title shot.

The celebration was short-lived though.

The Church of Filth's music hit, and out they came- Malos Morgan with the NCW Championship draped over his shoulder. The monster raised the belt high as he stared down his future challenger. Mani welcomed the fight right then and there, but Malos never accepted. Instead, he turned and rejoined Reverend Nobody and the rest of the Church. Before leaving, Reverend Nobody had one final message for Mani:

"We'll see you in two weeks."

With tensions at an all-time high and a championship clash on the horizon, the stage is set for an explosive night of action tomorrow, June 12th, in Townsend, MA. NCW- Nextgen Championship Wrestling fans are in for one incredible show. 🔥

The battle for a title opportunity quickly turned into a war. Neither man was willing to give an inch as the action spilled all around the ring. Brother Abel found success by working Mani into the corner and flipping the larger wrestler up and over, sending him crashing onto his back before dragging him up by the beard and continuing the punishment.

The two traded strikes in the middle of the ring, each trying to overwhelm the other. When Mani finally seemed to have Abel in trouble, he climbed the ropes looking to put the match away with a high-risk splash—but Abel got his knees up at the last second.

The opening was all Abel needed.

With Mani gasping for air, Abel delivered a devastating piledriver on the ring apron, leaving his opponent sprawled on the outside. As the referee began the count, Abel soaked in the moment while Mani struggled to recover, barely conscious.

Mani forced himself back to his feet and stumbling, he made his way to the apron - ...9....

When the bell rang, neither man wasted any time squaring up. Mani challenged him and Brother Abel opened with a shove, but Mani answered with one of his own—sending Abel stumbling clear across the ring and drawing a roar from the crowd.

Early on, Mani controlled the action, working Abel into headlocks and unloading with hard chops that echoed throughout the building. But Abel weathered the storm and found an opening, choking Mani on the ropes before sending him face-first into the mat to seize the momentum.

Abel looked to press his advantage from the corner, climbing the ropes for a high-risk attack. Mani had it scouted, however, yanking him down and sending Abel crashing onto his back. Abel attempted to slip to the outside in search of a breather but Mani wasn't about to give him one.

The fan favorite launched himself over the top rope, crashing into Abel on the outside and keeping the pressure firmly on his opponent.

The main event of the evening would determine who earned the next opportunity at the NCW Championship: Brother Abel or Mani Ariez.

Brother Abel arrived first, accompanied by two of his disciples. Taking his time around the ring, Abel ignored most of the outstretched hands reaching for his cards—often tossing them past fans or over their heads and forcing them to scramble after them. Once inside the ring, he dropped to his knees and silently offered his prayers while awaiting his opponent.

Then came Mani Ariez ; Bursting from the locker room with his usual energy, Mani made his way around ringside high-fiving fans and getting the Raymond crowd fired up for the battle ahead.

With both men in the ring, the atmosphere changed. The energy sharpened, and the two challengers locked eyes from opposite corners as the referee checked them both for weapons before the opening bell.

But Owen Brody and Sean Vegan Keegan weren't about to roll over!

The momentum swung in their favor as they isolated Cassius Hall, keeping him trapped in their corner while taking turns wearing him down. At one point, Keegan held Cassius in place while Owen delivered the punishment, all while Diego Alvarez tried desperately to get the referee's attention back on the action.

The strategy nearly worked, but when Cassius finally reached his corner, Diego exploded into the match. He unloaded on both opponents, then left them seeing stars after smashing their heads together in the middle of the ring.

With the tide turned, Diego and Cassius connected on their tandem offense, putting an exclamation point on the match. Diego hooked Owen for the pin, and Keegan tried to dive in to break it up. Cassius launched himself across the ring and tackled him out of the way.

The Smooth Guapos picked up a huge victory and proved they're a team to keep your eyes on in NCW- Nextgen Championship Wrestling. 🔥

The action started with Diego and Owen trading control before Brody's momentum was cut short by a well-timed cheap shot from Diego. Cassius entered the fray and immediately went to work on Owen's arm, setting his partner up perfectly as Diego came crashing down onto the targeted limb.

Brody desperately tried to reach his corner, only managing to tag in Sean Vegan Keegan after a long struggle. Keegan entered full of confidence, flexing for the crowd and showing off his muscles.

When both teams eventually spilled into the ring at once, Diego and Cassius put their teamwork on full display. Owen found himself trapped in one corner, Keegan in the other, and in a display of incredible strength and coordination, the Smooth Guapos charged across the ring and drove both opponents into their respective corners at the same time.
