We hope you were able to stay warm and have succeeded to dig yourself out of the snow! 😊 our group was thankful for yesterday’s snow day as it gave us the chance to relax and recharge after our busy weekend. We would love to take a moment and congratulate our co-president, Caelum, for the award he received at Friday’s Quarterfinals. Your talent and dedication won you the Outstanding Arrangement Award and because of that, our set was musically 🔥.
Caelum also choreographed the first song (All For Us).
Way to go Caelum!

It is hard to put into words the amount of pride and admiration we have for these kids. This year has been nothing short of challenging for them but when their leader had to step down, they stepped up. They came together as a group. They showed grit, resilience, perseverance. They worked together as a team in ways many grown adults can’t. They became leaders in the areas they excel in, contributing to the group’s success. They learned how to constructively critique each other and listen to each other, put their egos aside for the better of the group. And what they did on that stage last night is beyond amazing. 3rd place on paper… but most definitely 1st in the hearts of their biggest fans. These awesome and talented young adults have been a joy to work with. A humongous THANK YOU to Mrs. Adams and Mr. V for stepping in as their advisor and musical consultant! What a dream team! And to all the Encore parents, friends family and community members who showed nothing but support, THANK YOU! 🖤❤️🖤❤️
The road to ICHSA may be over but the year is not! We can’t wait to perform again for you! In the mean time… here are some photos from our exciting day!

We just wrapped up the Teams meeting! There seems to be a pattern for us today and we’re not mad about it! Show starts at 7. Our dressing room is on the 7th floor… and if you haven’t figured it out yet… we drew

LUCKY # 7 which means we get to perform second to last (only 8 groups are competing tonight).
Sound check is at 4, then we will fuel our bodies and get our glam on for our big moment 🤩

And we are OFF to Troy! Feeling like rockstars with the NYSP escorting us to the Northway!
