I now offer in person private sessions in the realms of ta**ra massage, reiki, shamanic breathwork, and yoni steam ceremonies.

If you don’t speak it, then who would know how you feel, what you want, need, and won’t tolerate?⁣

So often we bite our tongue in fear of saying something that will lead for another to think, feel, and do in the ways that aren’t loving and accepting of us. ⁣

If and when we finally open our mouth to speak, that very fear comes true. ⁣

It’s not because you’re too much, a bad person, or wrong, ⁣
It’s simply because we have not yet fully mastered the phycological link to understanding how the words we hear makes humans at a whole think, feel, and do certain things. ⁣

You may have the upmost intention to set boundaries with love, and ask for what you want to bring you and your partner closer, or share constructive feedback to promote growth, however, without harnessing the art of communication that will get misconstrued time and time again into exclusion, inadequacy, resentment, and defensiveness. ⁣
⁣
Understanding how to speak to the human mind and our nature will allow for your words to not only be respectful and loving but also a FULL BODY TURN ON to the one receiving what you have to say. ⁣

Providing unsolicited advice to family, friends, and past partners⁣
⁣
Which only created conflict within our connections⁣...
⁣
How annoying was it that, they couldn’t take my advice, no matter how simple it was!⁣
How annoying was it for them that, I kept trying to change them?⁣
⁣
I felt absolutely drained and dissatisfied that I wasn’t making the impact I desired ⁣
⁣
I wasn’t claiming my true power, or doing what I am really passionate about….⁣
⁣
Supporting people in developing awareness to themselves, their beliefs and challenges, providing tools and fresh perspectives, and holding them accountable to integrate those tools to achieve a better live and their desires is so fulfilling to me. ⁣

I had to stop playing coach and show up as one to channel my energy to those who really want change and my support in that process
⁣
It is not my place to ask someone if I can provide my opinion/advice on this or that… ⁣
⁣

Flaws and all ⁣
⁣
He witnessed my transition from “the ghetto girl from NY” —> “Shamanic Priestess” and everything in between. ⁣
⁣
In the past years living here many people have asked me, “Whats brought you to live in Florida?” ⁣
I reply… “I moved here for Love”⁣
⁣
What I see now, ⁣
I really moved here to start a new life and loving relationship with 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 ⁣
⁣
Love was the catalyst for my growth ⁣
⁣
Through this love, I’ve gotten to know my shadow.⁣
Old wounds I’ve never known of reflected back to me. ⁣
⁣
Through this love, so much within me has shifted and lead to where the shifts continue to take place, I am forever grateful. ⁣
⁣
Despite the hardships that come with intrinsically triggering each others wounds, I wanted to hold on for many reasons, but ultimately comes down to comfort of all I know⁣
“But he’s the only one who really knows me, he’s like family” ⁣
⁣
When I could admit this, it was then I realized, ⁣
He only knew the 𝒐𝒍𝒅 𝒎𝒆, ⁣
The me I was subconsciously holding onto through our relationship. ⁣
⁣
It was time to let go of her, by letting go of him...⁣
⁣
Through losing this love, I devote myself to the inner work, going deeper into the shadows, shining light and integrating them with the level of love I now know possible because of him. ⁣
⁣
Everyone is here to support in the expansion of each other’s consciousness, and they step out of our lives when their mission is complete.⁣
⁣
To fight against divine plan is to go against myself⁣
To not allow the flow is to stay stuck in the same⁣
⁣

You can say positive affirmations 100x/day, go to the gym, get your nails done, take a bath, get a massage, and eat healthy all you’d like… ⁣

You may be surprised to read, this is just scratching the surface on what self love is.⁣
⁣
𝑺𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝙂𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙙𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙧⁣
⁣
It’s about connecting with yourself with patience and inquiry to gain awareness to what you need, and honor that by providing so.⁣
⁣
Can you slow down your motions to allow source to flow through you?⁣
⁣
Can you connect with your values and make day to day choices in alignment? ⁣
⁣
Can you observe your self talk and alchemize judgment to words of praise? ⁣
⁣
Can you allow yourself to eat the foods that your body craves without shame or guilt?⁣
⁣
Can you prioritize proper sleep and allow yourself to sleep in when you needed ?⁣
⁣
Can you take time to meditate when you feel your mind is a bit foggy or your heart is feeling heavy ?⁣
⁣
Can you protect yourself with healthy loving boundaries ?⁣
⁣
Can you stop investing your time and energy into those who drain you ?⁣
⁣
Can you create safe spaces for yourself to express your emotions in healthy moderate ways when they arise?⁣
⁣
Self love includes and is not limited to these capabilities ⁣
⁣

That I could not hear what my heart was telling me ⁣
⁣
The fear of what others may think, feel, or do...⁣

The fear of what of might miss out on or lose based on my hearts desires was deafening ⁣
⁣
The pain of ignoring my hearts gudiance became a loud scream that was more un-ignorable than the actions it was leading me towards doing.⁣
⁣
I was caught up in wanting to please others, I forgot that my duty here is to please my self. ⁣
⁣
Pleasing myself means - I follow my truth⁣
⁣
I tune in with my heart to make decisions ⁣
⁣
It is what will ultimately lead me to what is meant for me, to the life of fulfillment I have been scrambling for ⁣
⁣
And while that might make someone feel some way, some how…⁣
⁣
It it not only my own medicine, but it is theirs …⁣
⁣
For following the wisdom of our heart is how we are of service⁣
⁣
By shining our hearts authentic light we inspire and expose the path for others to see within and listen ✨⁣

When we think about the amounts of money that goes into the Gynecology industry, there is no doubt as to why women are continually steered away from holistic approaches and their own intuition. ⁣⁣
