The ghost of (Tyrell) visited us today.
50 CMU squat/overhead press.
Then “Jacobs ladder,” or “deconstructed Canadian healthcare.” (Burpee su***de runs, 20 rounds.)
Finally wheel of misfortune with x2 every exercise listed.
Everyone got at least 120 squats today, 110 burpees.
