**To my patients:**
I will officially be starting full time work with The Joint, at the Montgomery Plaza location (address below), Sunday though Thursday starting this weekend.

Unfortunately that means I will not be available in my office during those days anymore and will be closing my physical location down in Plano.

For the moment, I will continue to be offering in home care in the evenings and available weekend days for prescheduled visits, at $100 for the visit +$50 per additional patient at the location. Additional in home care plans are available and may be viewed online at davidmaciverdc.com.

Thank you all for everything! I hope to reopen my own practice at some point in the future. In the meantime, feel free to visit me at my new location in Ft Worth!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have started in-home visits as an option for continued chiropractic care. If you know anyone that might be interested just have them send me a text and I can get them scheduled.

I’m charging $150 for the visit, +$50 for any additional patients at the location.

In office visits are still available M-Th from 11-5 by appointment.
