I just finished my 1st semester of grad school… and I just checked my final grades… straight A’s! Yay!!!! Working towards a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to be a therapist working with EMDR, Somatics, IFS, and psychedelic integration therapy! I couldn’t feel more confident about this path and being able to help people overcome their traumas and anything else that “paralyzes” you is a dream come true! My passion and purpose ❤️

I just love women. You get a bunch of women in the same room and it’s filled with compassion and warmth. I love the kindness of a feminine heart. Thank you .lindsayalyssa and for having me come and play sound healing and read tarot cards at your event this weekend! And to for your beautiful co-facilitation ❤️

My needle in the Hingestack. He really swiped me off my feet. (See what I did there? 😜)

What are you doing Saturday, May 2nd? Want to come hang out with some cool girls, doing some cool stuff, having a cool time? 😎 I’ll be facilitating a Sound Healing meditation and tarot card readings, alongside a few other girls who will be providing Reiki and a floral bar. Plus… A cute little boutique for grabbing a few new outfits for spring. Let me know if you’re interested in joining. ❤️

Found him 😜
My dad passed on this day 2 months ago. So it seems fitting to share this photo of him now.
I met Matt on January 9th, but really we have been talking since we matched on November 28th when I was still in Cabo. And guess what? He did get to meet my dad before he passed, just one time, on our 6th date.
I was stressed because my dad had just stopped walking. And worried how my mom would get him into bed all by herself. After casually mentioning it was on my mind, Matt asked if he could go to my mom‘s house to get my dad into bed for her.
Which we did. And not only that, but Matt also helped my dad get on and off the toilet because he was the only one who had been by that week strong enough to do so. He got to see my dad’s smile, and experience his beautiful energy, even in extreme circumstances. And my Dad got a quick glimpse of the type of man Matt is, before he passed a few days later.
It was a God thing that they met on a whim and just in time. And how beautiful is it, that as the man of my life left this world, a new love came in.

Happy 5th birthday to my daughter. Bella, you have brought so much joy in my life. You make every worry melt away when I look at you. You’re cute, little personality makes me laugh and your resilience and determination always makes me a proud mama. You’re my best friend and the best little emotional support. Thank you for letting me be your mom. I’m so lucky to call you mine, and please be mine forever, my littlest Valentine. 💘
My Dad cutting a rug on the dance floor. We as human beings do such a good job of waiting to be happy. All of us do it. Waiting for that “thing” to happen. But not my dad. He lived in a constant state of enthusiasm for life.

Robert, Bob, Bobby, Robbie, Pappy…
Ok. Maybe not Pappy. My dad told my sister and I if our kids ever called him that they wouldn’t get Christmas presents.
He was born on December 23rd, 1951, and passed February 7th, 2026 from ALS complications, peacefully in his sleep. He will be cremated, and we will be celebrating his life at 3 PM on Friday, February 20th, at Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church. Everyone is welcome and we would love to see you.
If you have any great photos or videos of my Dad, please send them to our family. We would cherish having them, and could possibly use them for his memorial service video.
Thank you for all of the support and love.
