High School Golf Team of All Black Players Become the First to Win State Championship The Charles R. Drew Public Charter School's Varsity Boys Golf Team in Atlanta, which has all Black players and an all Black coaching staff, has recently won the State Championship, making them the first to do so in the state of Georgia.

Mos Def’s Debut Solo Album ‘Black On Both Sides’ Turns 20 | Anniversary Retrospective On his debut solo LP, Mos Def implores his audience to be proactive in helping hip-hop music put its best foot forward, and he leads by example.

I would like to thank the Brothers of the Mighty Second District for allowing me to serve you over the last several years in various capacities. From my time as Scholarship Committee Chair until now, it has been a true labor of love. While we fell short on the vote, I will continue to carry my Brick and serve Omega Dear with all my hear and soul.

Thank you to my campaign Team, particularly my campaign manager and great friend Bro. Leon Smith. Bro. Basileus, the road trips throughout the District and the fellowship alone made this a worthwhile journey. Many thanks as well go out to my Chapter, Omicron Chi Ques and the entire 4th Corridor for your support and uplift throughout.

Congratulations to our new District Keeper of Records & Seal, Bro. Kelvin Ampofo! Best wishes as you begin your journey on the District Council. I am committed to making sure that you have a smooth transition and hit the ground running as you step up to serve the Brothers of the District.
