We may not offer sides of beef...... But we have good friends who do!

We have 2 grass fed steers ready for the butcher, pre order your meat and fill your freezers with some nice roasts for the fall! 😁🥩🐃

The future of our breeding program came home today!

Our sweet current boar "meatback" was very excited to meet him! This little man came in as a boar trade with All In Thyme Farm

Due to his two white front legs he has several name options already. Pantaloni, Pantchetta, Richard Simmons, Jane Fonda...... What would you name him?

It's not always perfect here, but we love them all as well. I guess it's time to check to the fences!

Summer sunsets are on their way back, and it's making those night chores even more enjoyable.

This past weekends heat wave sped up the bloom process. Nectarines, peach, pear, and apples are all blooming together for the first time. Something tells us this is going to be an interesting growing season.

There are few days we really look forward to on the farm, today was one of them! Out first batch of birds is on pasture and the weather couldn't be more perfect for this transition!

These winter piglets are always impressive. Even in single digit temps you can find them out enjoying the sun. Our south facing farrowing shed makes for an easy transition to exploring the outside world.

This particular piglet has been chosen by All In Thyme Farm! In turn we will chose a boar piglet from their genetics. Working together to breed the best pasture raised pigs is what we love to do!

This deep red meat and fat cap comes from our turkeys dark meat. Not only do we raise table birds for Thanksgiving, but we also have multiple turkey cuts available year round!

You can find pasture raised turkey breast, ground turkey, and turkey wings at our brewery, farmdrop, and several retail locations.

Farrowing has started! No heat lamps here, just strategic sun rays, ample bedding, and mamas warmth.

Have you have always wanted to try any of our pasture raised meats, but really don't want to cook?

Our downtown taproom Outland Farm Brewery almost always has items on the menu directly from our farm along with many others in the area!

For the first time in several years, we have a limited amount of whole pig shares available! We have a few openings this month only. This is typically the only way to get custom cuts that we do not offer for retail.

Our bellies are very thankfull for our local farming community.

Welcome to the farm Heimdall and Xena!

This brother (pictured above) and sister pair came to visit us a few months ago from as they transition their farm to a new location.

These Ukrainian Sheepdog / Great Pyranese cross livestock guardian dogs have taken their prior knowledge of guarding goats to protect our young calves. They will be strategically rotated around the farm this season to protect our turkeys as well.

More birds on pasture means more feed!

This 12 ton grain silo is being repaired and set up as a cooperative project with Timberframe Farm and Outland Farm.

Not only will this allow a steady supply of non GMO feed for our poultry, it will give us the opportunity to supply other small farmers as well!

Nothing like that first day out on pasture!

This season calls for more birds on pasture, and thats pretty awesome!

The sun has set on these chicken tractors for the last time here at Outland, however, they have many more seasons of pastured poultry in them!

We are honored and so proud to see these shelters move to Running Wild Farm in New Portland Maine! Pasture raised poultry in Maine is no easy task, but Kate and Brian are committed to raising the best product for their community.

Our new shelters will be finished shortly and we can not wait to show them off. Outland will be more than doubling it's poultry production this season
