First outdoor DropSound yoga of the season! Also the strongest I’ve felt in a yoga class in quite awhile. Very happy with it. Preceeded by a run/walk/mostly walk to see the goats (and their kid-sitter donkey Hobo) on the trail. *t

Holy smokes what a race. There was thunder, lightning, torrential downpours, flooding in the streets. And it was still amazing! I had the best time and can’t say enough about how well organized and well run races have been. I’ll definitely be back! My bib disintegrated so people just called me “Pittsburgh” the whole race (shout out to my fam). So so glad I got to run today, this whole weekend has been what I needed. *t

Flying Pig 10k and 5k this morning did not disappoint! I ran much better than I expected to. 10k course was fun—3 bridges! Ran into Kentucky and back!—and just a good atmosphere and experience all around. Here’s hoping the forecast clears up for tomorrow’s events. 🤞🏻 *t

3 months from now Burning River will be in the rearview mirror. Grinding until I get there. This week and next week. Thursday was a wash—entirely too much going on to get it all in and I knew I needed a break before the weekend. 80% is pretty good though. *t
