Chef Keith Butler and his chef outreach program paid us a visit earlier this week. He , along with fellow chef dix ,chef Schmidt, nutritionalist Judy Dodd explained the importance of having healthy snack options and trying new things. The kids also made their own recipes for their rice cake creations and made freshly squeezed orange juice. The lesson and activity allowed many of the kids to expierence things out of their norm.
