Weird Paul Petroskey

Here's one of the OG Dungeons and Dragons figures from 1983! This is the Northlord Barbarian and it was made by LJN. I remember looking at all these figures at the toy store when I was 13 and wishing I had the money to buy them. This is the only one that I have and I got this about 9 years ago when I was thrifting!

Our power has been out for hours! Lightning hit a tree and it fell on a transformer. I hope it won't be out all night, it's getting dark. At least I have a transistor radio and battery powered cassette player. We can still rock it old school!

Totally 80s Toy Museum is opening this summer!

Eleven years ago today, The Weird Paul Variety Show premiered on television in the Pittsburgh area (and select markets in Ohio and West Virginia!) It lasted two seasons and despite pitching it to almost every network and streaming service, no one offered to license it.

Today Pizza Hut was giving out a FREE personal pan pizza if you brought in your old Book It pin! So of course, I got it out and headed over. I was also recognized by the two teenagers that were hanging out there!

Finally stopped in at Preserving Vinyl in Dormont! Amazing selection of music in various formats - great 80s records, too!
