Progress coming into perspective on the latest job:
- Siding & Exterior work almost done
- Interior balcony framed out
- Insulated & starting to add wall panels (diagonal braces will remain)

Just finished redoing this ~1200 sqft monster of a job. All new decking, railing, and lights, plus additional repairs below the deck. should we enter this in the for best rehab?
