At our site in Elmira 🇨🇦, LANXESS is proud to host a FREE TRANSCAER® (Transportation Community Awareness and Emergency Response) event designed to help strengthen rail safety awareness and emergency preparedness in the community.

Whether you're a firefighter, emergency responder, public safety professional, elected official, emergency management professional or simply interested in learning more about rail transportation safety, you're invited to attend.

The event will feature:
🚆 Rail car safety education
🦺 Emergency response information
👨‍🚒 Hands-on demonstrations led by industry and emergency response experts
🤝 Opportunities to connect with public safety professionals and learn more about emergency preparedness

📍 Location: LANXESS Canada Co., Elmira, Ontario
🕒 Time: 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

This educational event is part of TRANSCAER®, a North American outreach program that helps communities prepare for the safe transportation of hazardous materials.

We recently joined educators from across South Arkansas for a Teacher Development Day, where our colleague shared insights about our company, the careers available in our industry, and the many ways science impacts our world.

The session included a hands-on experiment that teachers can safely take back to their classrooms, helping bring science to life for students when school resumes. 🔬👩‍🔬

We’re proud to partner with educators and invest in the next generation of STEM learners and future innovators! 🌟
