When I Co-Founded the nonprofit organization cardiacAWARE in 2018, I knew that our audience is Everyone. Because no matter who you talk to, that person knows a family member, a friend or a co-worker that has some form of heart disease.

Being diagnosed with a hereditary heart condition eleven years ago, I'm thankful for being around family and friends on Thanksgiving!
