Board meeting will be held Wednesday May 20th (7pm ) at Common Grounds in Mercer. This is a public meeting anyone is welcome to attend.
Items to discuss:

1. Total raised from bus trip ( including donations.)
2. Registration totals / review treasury report.
3. Assign key holders
4. Finalize dates times for practices and cheer camp. ( ideas quote for cheer gift for camp.)
5. Reminder of car wash / sign up genius.
6. Pom-Poms
7. Clearance forms
8. Vote on cheer bows
9. Cheer camp itinerary
10. Cheer gift end of year ideas.
11. Vote on pizza party and side items cheer camp.
