Words of Wisdom! When we put aside our own agendas and "seek to understand," teamwork can truly flourish, and there is little we can not accomplish.

Today, we remember with gratitude all the brave men & women who made the ultimate sacrifice to protect our country, our comfort, and our safety.

While so much is outside our circle of control these days, one thing we can always influence is our attitude. We can choose to give into thoughts of helplessness and hopelessness, or we can choose to focus on what we are responsible for, to pursue mental health & ask for help when we need it, and, finally, to practice gratitude for what we are thankful for even in the midst of chaos.

Business, like basketball, requires close collaboration. "Silos," power struggles, and miscommunication only serve to slow us down. How are you fostering collaboration and teamwork even in these times of social distancing? Would love to hear what has been working for others.
