Update: this market experience was such a disappointment to us (taking about myself) the people who invite vendors and small businesses owners to get involve in such event should do there part of the job .
Marketing and advertising for this event makes you  deserve the credit for good events and people will trust you again and again , any way thank you for wasting our time and money that was helpful.
I hope other vendors had better luck than me( I am glad I left early ) so I can catch up the rest of the day .
