This is a Photoshop Photo Art Tutorial using Topaz Studio 2 and Simplify 4. In this video I will be turning a drab image into a colorful Photo Art piece. This image was shot on a rainy early Spring day. The lighting was very flat. I decided to salvage this image by using Photoshop and Topaz plugins to breath new life into it.
