It was a big (and emotional!) day recently at North Park for students from our Friendship Academy.
After weeks of raising trout in the classroom, students released their “trout babies” into the wild, with help from the Anglers Fishing Club of Pittsburgh. Our students learned about ecosystems and conservation along the way, while also building a lasting appreciation for nature.
