6 minutes and 12 seconds. That’s how long it took me to make breakfast.
Scrambled Eggs.
Grapes.
Avocado Toast.
All you do for the avocado toast is mash up an avocado with a little bit of lemon juice, add some everything bagel seasoning & you are basically First Watch!
It takes me way longer than 6 minutes to get an MTO from Sheetz 🤷🏻♀️ No excuses for a good quality breakfast!

🌟 NEW COACH ALERT 🌟
We couldn't be more excited to officially introduce our newest coach, Mallory! We have been searching for awhile and finally found someone who's personal training philosophy aligns with ours here at F**T ViP Method- keep it simple, keep it fun and keep it constantly progressing. Mallory's mission is to help her clients reach their goals by enjoying the process and wanting to keep coming back for more (That's always the goal, right? Reach your goals and have fun doing it?)
Mallory will be the head instructor for our Flexibility and Mobility sessions. These sessions are purposefully placed into the schedule for days in between strength training to actively recover from strength sessions AND progress your flexibility and mobility to develop your overall fitness. She will also be bringing some new spice and everything nice to the Wednesday night Cardio Conditioning session!
Mallory holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Indiana University of PA and is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (aka: she knows her stuff).
Mallory's Group Training Sessions are:
Wednesday 5:30 PM Flex & Mobility
Wednesday 6:30 PM Cardio Conditioning
Friday 12:00 PM Flex & Mobility
