While this celebration marks the completion of an important phase, our team is continuing work on the residential floor renovations as the project moves forward.

Mosites employees, families, and friends had a great time together this weekend cheering on the Pirates and enjoying our annual tailgate before the game. From great food and weather to a packed tailgate crew, it was another awesome day spent building relationships beyond the jobsite.

Mosites was honored to once again sponsor and attend the 2026 Annual Meeting hosted by ACTION-Housing. The event brought together leaders, partners, and organizations committed to expanding affordable housing opportunities, strengthening communities, and creating lasting impact across our region.

We’ve been fortunate to work alongside ACTION-Housing on a number of meaningful initiatives over the years, and it was great to reconnect with so many individuals dedicated to that mission. Thank you to the ACTION Housing team for hosting another outstanding event and for the important work you continue to lead throughout Pittsburgh and beyond.

Mosites was excited to spend the day on the greens earlier this week at the WOMEN of Southwestern PA Golf Outing at Valley Brook Country Club. We were honored to once again support an organization making a meaningful impact for women and children throughout our communities.
