Hello Friends

Lots of restaurant equipment still available for sale. Yes, everything is used, but in very good condition. This are just some of the items. The entire list and pricing is the last picture. Please message me if you are interested

To all my Friends and loyal customers of Albero Verde. 

I am writing to let you all know that I have made the very difficult decision to close the restaurant. We have fallen short on the volume of business that we needed to be profitable. I do not come to this decision lightly, but this is what is best for myself and my family at this time. 

My goal was to offer our guests something unique. We wanted to offer high end food, with exceptional service at a reasonable price. I feel that we accomplished this, and I am proud of what we served. We wanted you to feel like family when you dined with us and that's how we strived to treat you. 

We will be honoring private events we have booked Friday May 9th, and Saturday May 10th. We are looking forward to our Mother's Day Brunch on May 11th. Any future events that have been booked will be honored. 

Our last week of service will be Wednesday May 14th through Saturday May 17th. We hope you'll come and not say goodbye, but say see you later.

Our chicken marsala at Albero Verde is done a little different.

Chicken breast is butterflied, pounded and brined.

We take rosemary smoked mushrooms and make duxelle. We take transglutaminase, a naturally occurring enzyme, better known as "meat glue" to bind the chicken roulade.

The chicken is then cooked in a thermal circulator and cooled.

The chicken is sliced, seared, and basted in butter and thyme. We take crispy baby potatoes, caramelized onions, garlic butter, and arugula, and use the same rosemary smoked mushrooms to make the Marsala sauce.

Come in and try this dish, or grab it to go.
