Isaiah 61
- Preach the gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted
-bind up and heal the broken hearted
-proclaim in the liberty (physical and spiritual) captives and open prison; and the eyes to those who are bound
-proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord(favor)
-To comfort all who mourns grant consolation and joy to those who mourn (beauty instead of Ashes), oil of Joy
-garments of (expressive) of praise
