When we host events at The HUB [Homeownership Uplifting Buyers], we can always count on welcoming smiles and neighborhood insight from MRCDC ambassadors. ☀️🪴
Even better when our events are supported by lenders who provide resources and guidance to future homeowners in The Rocks. Thanks to NexTier Bank, WesBanco, and First National Bank for putting in the work! 🙌

🔑🏡 This is what the Path to Homeownership looks like.

Susan from .bank invited this future homeowner to our event to meet with the LEVEL team, including Albert Edmunds, MRCDC Community Engagement Manager. We discussed her goals and her journey, and how LEVEL could help her achieve her dream of owning a home.

After the event, her and Jason Tigano—LEVEL's founder and CEO—took a walk on Woodward Ave to envision the reality of putting down roots in The Rocks and raising her family in this community.

We are honored to have the opportunity to change lives and provide a real solution to affordable homeownership.

Inspiring session yesterday with Elevate NP / Community Equip’d. Joined other Non-profit leadership to get our tanks filled - amazing resources and insights as well as delicious food from Knead Community Cafe as the host location.

Also took home many quarts of frozen soups - supporting the space and making life easier for me to feed family in a pinch. Win Win!

Year-End Mixer: LEVEL 12/30/2025

A sincere and heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who supported LEVEL in 2025!
We laid the foundation for affordable homeownership in McKees Rocks…and we’re keeping up the momentum as we enter the New Year.

On Thursday, December 11, our year-end mixer at The Castle brought together our partners including Nonprofits, Community Organizers, Lenders, and Future Homeowners. We recognized the impact of partnering with McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation Ambassadors. Albert Edmunds, MRCDC Community Engagement Manager, received the Partner of the Year Award for his work uplifting his neighbors and peers.

LEVEL is a small team charged with making a big impact. As we look back on the successes and achievements we’ve had in this year, we are grateful to have such stalwart supporters that make each milestone possible.

Thank you to First National Bank, NexTier, and Dollar Bank, along with our Board Members who supported this memorable night. We couldn’t accomplish our mission without you.

Cheers to another year of creating a path home for families, we look forward to making 2026 our best yet!

With warmth and gratitude,

The LEVEL Team
