50 years ago, the “Immaculate Reception” helped propel the Pittsburgh Steelers to their first ever playoff win in team history. On the receiving end of the pass was 22 year-old rookie Franco Harris.
To commemorate the event, the Pittsburgh Steelers will retire Harris’ jersey on December 24, 2022.
