Pittsburg, PA 📍🙏🏾👀 Hello..
It takes a lot to be nervous for a game… but moments like this are different. When something means this much, when God is moving in your life and the people who helped shape your journey are standing ALL AROUND you, you feel it. Not fear just the weight of the moment and gratitude for the path that brought you here. Smh
First, all glory to God. None of this happens without Him guiding every step of the journey.
I’m grateful for every place, every person, and every lesson that prepared me for this moment. Thanks to my mom, dad Kevin, lil bros, grandpa. Thank you Texas for everything you poured into me. Thank you DeSoto for the brotherhood, the work, and the memories, I left with a heavy heart but the same strength that helped shape who I am as a player and as a young man.
I’m beyond thankful to the Steve & Marjorie Harvey Foundation for Gavin, and the rest of the family for believing in me and my family. What you’re doing for me means more than words can explain, and I’m honored to represent the mission to continue to inspire others.
Shoutout to Inside The Hash, Ant & Nico, and everyone who helped put this all together supporting the journey.
Respect to Tyler Atkinson, Mr. Atkinson, GFL back in the day for pushing the standard and showing what greatness looks like. TRUE LEGACY
And to the Grayson High School football staff TY for opening the gates to this very day.. welcoming me home. It meant everything to be able to surprise Coach and share that moment together.
I’m officially committing my final high school season to Grayson High School under Coach Carswell and the rest of the staff, with the same team fr kids around town I watched fight to get where they’re at. Proud of yall, time flies. I’m back to finish what I started.
My grandpas fighting harder to live each year and this gives me more motivation than ever to live life to the fullest
Thank you to everyone who helped prepare me for this moment… whew! Let’s go 2027 GWINNETT baby.. I’m back! This is my last dance in high school football, and I’m ready to give it everything I have.

Very grateful for w/ coming all the way out to Texas to visit me and my family at our home just having him hang out with us this evening truly meant a lot talking about life and football. The real life convos, and the genuine connection don’t go unnoticed.
With and as my role models, it was inspiring learning more about them, about Pittsburgh.. the city, the program, fans and more. Thank you for believing in me and taking the time to meet my family. Prayers on a safe travel back home, Coach!🙏🏽 | Galatians 6:9
