How you gave them a model of a life worth living...
That's what's at stake.
Your life is now an integral part of OTHER people's lives.
Your wife, kids, friends, employees...
Questions to ask yourself...
How are my actions shaping my kids lives and their kids lives?
How will you be remembered?

You don't have to be in shape to be a good father. Correct.
There are a lot of things you don't have to do.
You don't have to spend time with your kids. Many guys say 15 quality minutes a day is "good enough."
You don't have to build yourself into a more patient and present person. You don't have to prioritize being a disciplined man. You can absolutely be a good enough father for your standards.
You choose who you want to be. You decide what kind of father you're going to be for your family and again, you don't have to do any of them.
Rising father is for fathers who aren't settling for mediocre.

You can say "I'll wait until January" for the 20th year in a row knowing you'll quit, or do what my fathers in Men Of Fire did last June... decide to change their life so THIS summer they are ripped, disciplined, happy and confident.
A man that joined us last June said on his application "I want my family to see me happy again" He was in tears hearing that back 12 months later. Now he is single digit body fat, career booming, has unbreakable patience with his children, and wife is madly in love with him...why?

15 years married. Heard her singing in a practice room in college and fell in love. 15 years later we have a 12 year old boy and 10 year old girl.
You deserve the best version of me. Ill keep working everyday to be that man.

Your family deserves your best. Not just "better than your worst"
Don't demand respect from your family when you live a life that doesn't earn respect.
Would you follow you? If not, then you can't expect your family to.
