We brought employee ownership to Coursera! Watch, and share, the new massive open online course (MOOC) "Our Share: Employee Ownership as a Wealth-Sharing Tool." The course introduces employee share ownership, how it differs from traditional business ownership models, and the forms it can take. Through short engaging video lessons by 15 experts, viewers learn how employee ownership can share wealth and profits with employees--while making businesses more productive. The course is free.
