I'll have the regular beef and turkey, but I'll also have some of the new spicy beef. Not quite as hot as a firecracker, but we're working on it 😉 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

It's Farmers Market week with a cold front coming, and On Point will be stocked up and ready for y'all on Saturday morning!!

The spicy beef recipe is ready for you...version 1 anyway. We'll see how y'all like it and adjust our fire from there.

On Point will be at the "Reel Big Market" this Saturday on the historic square in Pilot Point this Saturday! 24 +/- vendors, live music, and activities for the kids from 8 am until 2 pm. It'll be a "reel" big time!

There's a huge fishing tournament on Lake Ray Roberts (just down the street), and great places to shop and get your grub on.

Y'all come on out and say hi! All the cool kids will be there 😉

Good evening friends and neighbors! I've I've picked up a new-to-me event this Sunday afternoon May 23rd in Krugerville.

It's a neat little easy to find park, and it'll be hopping with small town friendly folks and some cool vendors.

I'm gonna pull the curtain back a little here, y'all (Wizard of Oz reference). Here's why your likes are so appreciated by your small business friends.

Once i hit 100 likes, Facebook showed me demographics of the ppl who like my page. It's a carrot/horse thing, but I've got awesome support and i appreciate every one of those likes.

Mountain Springs is about 12 miles southeast of Gainesville and its a cool little community, full of good people who need some jerky. 🙂

Hey what a morning! It's 10:45 and we are sold out!

Yesterday's beef run is resting in the freezer and waiting to be packaged for sale.

After each run, the dehydrator gets a thorough cleaning. It's clean as a whistle and ready for the next batch.
