For long-term preservation, chop fresh basil and cilantro leaves and freeze them in olive oil inside ice cube trays.

Another way I use my peppers, scrambled eggs with chicken sausage, Serrano and Corbaci peppers with a sprinkle of cheese!! Is so good!!!
