Sometimes I can’t tell if she’s just verbally stimming or messing with me 🤣🤣🤣 I shall treat them all with sarcasm!

When juggling all of the things that we do, it’s easy to fall into survival mode. When we’re just getting through the day stagnation can happen in multiple areas of our life. The first one to go for me is my physical health.. when that happens it’s almost like a domino effect. Where is stagnation hiding in your life?

oh. Thank you TikTok for this memory!!!! I have freaking put in work trainwrecks!!!! My mind kept me prisoner for years!! And even though I still struggle from time to time, God, self worth and a lot of exposure therapy pulled me out of some isolating places.

Had an absolutely full of productivity!!! I love days like this. Girl girl just ran right with us the whole time. # # # # #
