Small Giants

Behind the scenes with the people moving our industry forward!

We hand the mic directly to our clients to give them the floor. It is all about genuine, open conversations that spotlight their stories, their vision, and the passion behind the work they do every single day.

These conversations are about more than the projects. They’re about the leaders, ideas, and relationships shaping the AEC and CRE industries, and we’re excited to help tell their stories.

Celebrating the women who make a difference in the very best industry is a true pleasure...and we are fortunate enough to get to work with one of those women every day.

This year, Danielle Feroleto was selected among many other exemplary leaders as a 2026 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence! This marks her second time receiving this honor, having also been named a Woman of Influence in 2021, as well as a GlobeSt. CRE Marketing Influencer in 2020. Her dedication to building brand worth and advancing diversity across commercial real estate continues to set the standard for leadership.

Danielle, thank you for leading our team and our industry forward with passion, strategy, and vision every single day. We are endlessly cheering you on!

On the move all week long! Moving from shoot to shoot and riding in style, catch us if you can.

Mid-year retreats always serve as a great reminder of how lucky we are to do this work together!

From deep strategic planning to the quiet moments of connection in between, this team brings so much passion, creativity, and genuine care to everything we do. Beyond grateful for this crew and so excited for everything ahead in the second half of the year!

A huge thank you to Danielle for bringing us all together, creating the space for us to step back, and leading us with so much vision and heart.

Let’s set local students up for success!

Throughout July, Small Giants is hosting a Back-to-School Drive to support the students at Shaw Montessori School. As part of the Phoenix Elementary School District #1 and one of only two public Montessori schools in the entire city, Shaw Montessori is a truly incredible part of our local community.

We are collecting all the essentials, from notebooks and crayons to pencils and glue sticks. Every single donation helps give these students the tools they need for a great school year!

If you would like to join us and show your support, please drop off new school supplies all month long at our office located at 5555 E Van Buren St, Suite 115, Phoenix, AZ 85008.

Today, we mark 250 years of the American spirit. This historic milestone is a powerful reminder of the visionaries who came before us and the collective effort it takes to keep growing, changing, and building together.

To celebrate, our team got together for a summer potluck to share some great food and even better company before the holiday weekend. We are deeply grateful for our freedoms and the incredible community we get to work with every day.

Happy 4th of July to everyone celebrating 250 years! 🇺🇸

There's quite literally a lot of moving parts on an active job site, making it the perfect backdrop. We spent the morning capturing the progress and the people turning ideas into reality.
