Perjury! 😤

Quick thought about perjury because this is something that has frustrated me for a long time.

Although the video this comment was left on was specifically about holding an attorney accountable, the comment itself still feels incredibly relevant.

When I was doing consultations with multiple attorneys and repeatedly brought up concerns about statements I believed were knowingly false, I kept hearing a very similar response: perjury can be extremely difficult to pursue, and it often does not appear to be prosecuted or meaningfully addressed in family court matters.

And that is something I still struggle to understand.

If people are required to testify under oath and swear that what they are saying is true, then what does that oath actually mean if there are seemingly little to no consequences when someone intentionally lies?

There is obviously a difference between someone remembering something incorrectly, having a different perspective, or genuinely being mistaken—and someone knowingly making a false statement under oath.

Accountability matters.

Because when dishonesty is allowed to go unchecked, especially in cases involving families and children, the consequences of those statements can affect real lives.

I can’t express this enough.. DOCUMENT. DOCUMENT. DOCUMENT.

Not all lawyers are bad eggs 🐣, but not holding bad eggs accountable lead other lawyers to think that being a bad is acceptable.

Don’t give up on yourself. You have to fight for justice. Not only for your child(ren), but yourself as well.

I have had to go to court consistently because of this lawyer’s unethical conduct & his client’s perjury and it has costed me 10’s of thousands of dollars. 💸💸💸

So long as this keeps happening, I will keep fighting for justice and for legal professionals to be held accountable for their unethical conduct behavior and actions.

You may not have every receipt, screenshot, or record — but that doesn’t mean your concerns don’t matter.

📝 Be detailed.
📈 Be factual.
📣 Speak up.
⚖️ A record is needed for accountability and justice.

You got this. You are strong, capable, being heard, and being seen. Release the fear, anxiety, sadness, anger, etc because that is what is having control over you. Have faith in divine timing. Once you do that, just watch how many moments you can truly enjoy with your beautiful child(ren)❤️

posting facts… People need to be held accountable for committing perjury. Stop the lies and the truth will show who’s actually doing things for the best interest of the child. Let’s do what is right FOR the children and not get the “best deal” for a parent. This is not a game.

Only when it’s dark enough, you will start to see the light.
