This is a post from 2020. Just thought I’d share what my journey has been. Knowing I fell off and recently got back to work.
I received what I consider a negative comment on my fitness /workout regimen. The individual stated that my workouts are not workouts. I’ve lost over 125lbs by changing my eating habits and working out. It’s been working and I will continue doing it. Having said that, If you find that something works for you, DO NOT allow negative people derail your goals. Haters gonna hate, but you don't need to let their negative energy fuel your drive to succeed. I know hatred leaves a bitter aftertaste . You can't control what people might say, but you can control your attitude towards it. Be like a duck in the rain, and let negative comments roll off your back like water. Never allow someone else's scorn, opinion, or negativity damage your heart or make you question the path that you are on. You'll quickly find that positive experiences and a happier version of you will emerge as soon as you stop taking it upon yourself to prove everyone else wrong. The only thing that matters is how you feel about your own life, behaviors, and accomplishments. Find your peace and go forth happily.
