3 Lessons Truck Sales Taught Me (That I Never Expected)

#1 - Nobody told me that selling trucks would open my eyes to the world.
I’ve met drivers from Rwanda, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkey, Bosnia, Serbia, Uzbekistan… the list keeps going. The stories of family and struggle has given me a new perspective on what other people go through and also given me appreciation for what I have here.

#2 - Our economy is reliant upon the men and women driving trucks to bring us out products every day that we buy at the store. In 2020, when shelves were empty and everyone was stressed, they were the ones keeping the country moving.

#3 - There is huge opportunity in truck sales if you do one simple thing:
Tell the truth.
Take care of people.
Make sure they’re set up to succeed.
Do that consistently and you can build real friendships and a reputation people trust and a large customer base.
