This is not about becoming someone else—it’s about becoming fully, unapologetically you

I guide powerful women to reinvent from the inside out—healing old stories, reclaiming their voice, and rising into the confident, iconic leaders they were born to be.

I completely agree with Gary Vee on this one.

I’ve been saying for years that we’re moving toward a more community-centered way of living, and I think it’s going to happen faster than most people realize.

The pandemic showed us something important: people need people.

They want friends to have dinner with. They want activities to enjoy together. They want a sense of belonging. They want convenience without isolation.

That’s why I believe we’re going to see more seniors leave traditional homes and choose communities where everything is nearby—friends, restaurants, activities, healthcare, pharmacies, and everyday services.

The best part? You still have your own space. You can be social when you want to be and enjoy quiet time when you don’t.

The funny thing is that senior living has already been doing this for decades. What many people see as senior living today may actually be the blueprint for how future generations choose to live.

I think the next 10 years are going to transform how we think about housing, community, and connection.

What do you think? Are we moving toward a future built around community?

Did you see the Blue Moon last night? 🌕

I posted about it and couldn’t sleep then kept thinking about what it symbolizes.

A Blue Moon is rare. Unexpected. Doesn’t apologize for how bright it is.

That’s the energy I want you to carry into this week.

Every new week is a new beginning. Every single day is a fresh start — a chance to reset, recommit, and go after the life you actually want.

So here’s your Sunday invitation:

Set ONE goal for this week. Not a list. One thing that matters most.

Drop it in the comments. Let’s hold each other accountable. 🌹👇

Once in a Blue Moon…

From a spiritual perspective, many people believe a Blue Moon carries the same amplified energy as a Full Moon just with an extra layer of rarity and significance.

While these beliefs aren’t scientifically proven, many traditions associate a Blue Moon with:

Dreaming Bigger!!!!

Blue Moons are rare, so many people use them as a reminder to revisit dreams they’ve put on the shelf.

Ask Yourself, “If I stopped playing small, what would I do next?”

This could be a signal to Find Your Blue Rose™.

A Blue Moon reminds us that rare things are possible.

That what seems impossible may simply be waiting to be discovered. ❤️💥✨

Tonight might be a perfect time to ask:

💙 What dream have I abandoned?
💙 What part of myself am I ready to reclaim?
💙 What would I do if I fully trusted myself?

Because once in a Blue Moon, life gives us a moment to look up.

And sometimes, in that same moment, we find our Blue Rose. 🌹🌕✨

What is your Blue Rose???

Discipline isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about choosing what you want most over what you want right now.

What’s one thing you’re committed to today?

Happy Friday!

As this week comes to a close, I’m reminded that life isn’t built in the big moments. It’s built in the small decisions we make every day.

The decision to keep going when you’re tired.
The decision be kind when it’s easier to be frustrated.
The decision to believe something better is possible.

You may not be where you want to be yet, but don’t overlook how far you’ve come. ✨

Take a moment today to celebrate your progress, count your blessings, and enjoy the people around you.🙌🏼

The work will still be there on Monday.

For now, take a deep breath and enjoy the gift of today.

Have a beautiful Friday, friends. ❤️

How many times have you asked yourself, Who am I?

Not the title. Not the mom, the partner, the builder, the one who keeps it all together.

Just you. At your core.

I spent decades pouring myself into a mission I believed in and somewhere in all that doing, I lost track of the woman underneath it all.

Now as I coach women leaders this question comes up more than any other. More than strategy. More than 'what’s next.'

Because until you know who you are.....really know....everything else is just motion.

Have you ever stopped long enough to ask yourself Who am I? Share your comments below. 👇

To those who made the ultimate sacrifice… 🙏🏼

Happy Mother’s Day to all of the women who love deeply, give endlessly, hold families together, and somehow still keep going even when they’re exhausted. 💙

To the moms. The grandmas. The bonus moms.
The women who stepped in when they didn’t have to.
The women healing while still loving everyone else.

Thank you.

Motherhood is leadership.
It’s sacrifice.
It’s strength most people never fully see.

Today I hope you feel appreciated, celebrated, and deeply loved.

And if today is hard for you… because you miss your mother, your child, or the life you thought you’d have… please know you’re not alone either.

Happy Mother’s Day. 🌹

Part 2 of my medic school journey in the USAF…

It was Six intense weeks with test after test after test.

They trained you like you were responsible for everything…because you were. And we were required to pass every single test with at least a C. No exceptions.

I was doing great… until I hit one topic. One test I could NOT pass.

It came down to the very last day.

Final chance. Pass it… or repeat the entire six weeks of medic school…for that one, incredibly stupid subject.

Can you guess what it was?

I’ll give you a hint…

👉 It’s the 1970s.
👉 I’m a woman in the military.

What do you think I couldn’t pass until the very last day? 👇
