Beginning of day two of Framing we are setting trusses!

Concrete looks great! Framing starts Thursday.

Custom gates are going in with some automatic openers.

Getting ready for pre-slab inspection on this 1200 sqft Casita, and also finished the 400 amp panel upgrade on the main house today.

Footers dug and Forms set, underground plumbing tomorrow and inspection Monday!

Scottsdale house should be ready for inspections on Monday. Finishing up the fire sprinkler systems and planing the walls today to get it ready for spray foam insulation and drywall.

Another Casita in the works here in Queen Creek! Stay tuned for this 2 bed 2 bath w/ 2 car garage. It's a huge pleasure to be able to build this for a great family.
