Making progress transmission is in as well go to clean up the started and check on electrical and suspension waiting on brake parts and my pops to get the carburetor cleaned up and bench tuned.

The 292 y block bored .040 over is almost ready to get installed.

Not bad for a first try did the embroidery by hand ( thread and needle) took like a month.

Well its tore down. Doesn't seem to have any damage. To crank cam or pistons I'll get to the valves tomorrow. Pretty sure it was the timing that was off not letting it turn.

Dropped the transmission pulled the engine now we break it down to find out why it ain't turning but a 1/4 turn . Hoping for something simple.
