Great conversation with Nathan Smith, President of Central Arizona Shelter Services. Homelessness is a growing and urgent issue across Arizona, and the reality is many people are just one unexpected setback or paycheck away from facing hard times.
CASS is working every day to break the stigma surrounding homelessness by providing more than just shelter offering hope, stability, support, and a pathway forward for people in our community who need it most.

In the middle of life, love, stress, and busy schedules... don't forget YOU. Once a week, take yourself on a date. Do something that brings you peace, joy, and clarity. It's not selfish, it's necessary. You can't pour into the world if you never refill yourself. So protect that time. Honor it.
Celebrate it. You deserve moments that belong only to you.
