Thoughts on Mounjaro. Life lately has been filled with facing pretty intense guilt over food waste. Unfortunately, I grew up with a parent who used to scream at and threaten me when I didn’t want to eat and that caused me a lot of issues around food and I share this not to ruminate in it, but to be open about this so that if you’re struggling, you know that you’re not the only one dealing with this while trying to also lose weight. At the end of the day, I’m not debilitated by this and I know you are not either. I’m just learning to flex a muscle that wasn’t strong before - saying no to myself when no is the right answer no matter what I might be feeling.
