So I encountered a carrier today who actually told me they hate using factoring companies. 😳
I had to wait to hear him out to understand his perspective. It’s a shame the very resource designed to prevent headaches can create even bigger headaches. We did find a solution however I’m curious to know what other dispatchers are doing in this situation.

I have not been active on this page in quite a while. Seems like I need to be doing a lot more! I'll be posting more often about what I do and the services I offer.
