With the fresh start of a new season and the excitement of our newly launched Routine Journals, we’re inviting you to join our Summer Routine Challenge ☀️🌀🤎

We’ve learned that the biggest difference between a routine that lasts and one that fades isn’t motivation or finding the perfect schedule. It’s having the right journal 😉 and the right people to build it alongside. Small, consistent actions become much easier when you’re supported by a community working toward the same goal.

Most of us wake up and one of our first instincts is to reach for our phones. To let everyone else’s noise drown out that quiet voice within us. The voice that is often clearest in the moments just after waking, before the world has had a chance to tell us who we should be, what we should do, or where our attention belongs.

These four questions take less than four minutes to answer, but they’re designed to help you listen to that voice before it fades beneath the noise of the day.

Because only by listening can you become the clear, confident, and calm person you strive to be.

It’s an incredibly simple practice for a reason.

More often than I’d like to admit, I find myself waking up with my phone already in my hand and scrolling at night to “decompress.” It’s a habit that tends to get worse when I’m stressed, yet it ultimately adds to that stress. That cycle is exactly why I created these journals.

There have been seasons of my life when I was waking up early, getting a workout in, and checking everything off my list. But recently, in this season of new motherhood, those routines have changed. My mornings begin by feeding my daughter, and my days quickly fill with caring for her and tending to the needs of our business before my own.

The truth is, I don’t have time for an elaborate routine anymore. I have 20 minutes.

And I’ve realized those 20 minutes are essential to my mental health, creativity, and sense of self. These journals helped me see that. They helped me reclaim the small pockets of time that quietly shape both my today and my tomorrow.

We’ve bee working on this redesign for the past 6 months. Beyond the aesthetics, the real changes live inside.

These journals work for the mornings that you only have 5 minutes and the nights that all you want to do is scroll.

Beyond the journal itself, the real value lies in the free 10-week challenge that comes with it. Because building a routine that turns into a habit is about consistency. We plan to do the challenge together as a community this Summer to finally build the routines that we NEED to feel like calmer, confident and clearer versions of ourselves.
